Agristaff Services Inc. was founded by Rosa Garcia.
Rosa grew up as a migrant worker and eventually took part in a program that allowed her to take several business courses. After taking these courses, Rosa began working as an office assistant for a harvesting company. After slowly working her way up through the office ranks, she realized that a large portion of the issues the harvesters and their employees faced were due to language barriers.
Mission
This led Rosa to open her own staffing & payroll company. She realized that from this position, she would be able to act as a middleman between the harvesters and their employees to improve communication and protect both parties. This would ensure that everyone was able to work more effectively and prosperously.

Rosa decided to bring her children into the family business. They helped her build the business from the ground up. When Rosa passed away in 2016, her eldest daughter, Elizabeth Salinas, took over as the CEO of the company.
Vision
Elizabeth admired her mother's mission and kept it as her own. Agristaff Services Inc. has been successfully providing staffing & payroll solutions for well over a decade. Now, Elizabeth is ready to see the business grow even more.
She has successfully expanded the company to service clients across the country! Elizabeth's goal is to expand Agristaff Services along with other businesses we service.
